Rafael Toledo, Jr.
President and Founder
Rafael Toledo has more than 20 years experience in criminal investigations, both as a police officer and legal investigator. Mr. Toledo earned an Assoc. Degree in Criminal Justice from Seminole Community College in 1983 and has received advanced training in forensic, criminal and financial investigations. He was formerly a Detective with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Toledo has been awarded the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and currently serves as a reserve Deputy with the Volusia County Sheriff's office. He has also been certified as an instructor of insurance education in the State of Florida and by other regulatory agencies for continuing educational credit hours. Mr. Toledo is also the President of Electronic Document Solutions, Inc., a full service imaging company that specializes in the Imaging and Data storage of your sensitive and valuable records.
Doug Pollock
Executive V.P.
Doug Pollock has more than 25 years of experience in conducting investigations into financial crimes. Mr. Pollock received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 1973. Doug has been employed in law enforcement and as a Director of Security and Loss Prevention for two major national corporations. He has been awarded the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner. He has also been certified as an instructor of insurance education in the State of Florida and by other regulatory agencies for continuing educational credit hours. Mr. Pollock is currently an instructor for the U.S. Treasury Department, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Financial Fraud Institute and has provided professional consulting services and expert witness testimony on behalf of state and federal agencies. Mr. Pollock is also the Vice President of Electronic Document Solutions, Inc., a full service imaging company that specializes in the Imaging and Data storage of your sensitive and valuable records.
